"Air conditioning not the greatest and some of the triple occupancy rooms might be right by elevator shaft so it gets noisy. We asked for an immediate room change the next day and they accommodated our request. Family Mart and Lawson convenience stores right in the hotel building itself so makes it convenient to get something to eat, drinks, or snacks. They give free personal items for youbto get yourself at front desk lobby such as toothbrush w/ toothpaste, comb, cotton swabs, face wash, face masks, eye mask for darkness when sleeping, ear plugs, and more. Check in and check out was easy. They have self serve area to lock and store your luggage for a day or more."
