"The location is phenomenal. You can walk anywhere. The rooms are decent sized for Japan and the bathroom is big. The Rappongi area is not as hip now but that's OK. There are so many restaurants and shopping that if you get bored, it's your fault. The BLT Steakhouse on the property is outstanding. Just be prepared to enjoy your stay!"
"A very tiny little room without any bed side lamp, tv and toilet seat’s remote control have dust all over on them! No extra electrical outlets! Towels and pajamas have smells! No reception area at the lobby, the staffs have to stand in a very small place with a laptop! No restaurant! Around $200 per night for a 170sq. feet room, not worth! Will definitely not stay in the same hotel next time!"
