"The property is slap bang in the middle of the vibrant noisy area of kabukicho shinjuku , but when you enter the hotel it is the total opposite, quiet and peaceful, the staff are friendly and helpful , the hotel is very clean and well looked after , The rooftop spa/onsen baths was a big plus to this hotel , nothing better after a long day of sightseeing to get back and have a soak in the mineral spring hot baths . i would stay here again when i next visit , thankyou 😁"

"As a solo traveller, this place is super comfortable and easy for transporting to other areas. The hotel is pretty near to JR otsuka with 5 mins walk, but, from JR Otsoka to hotel, it's quite tired walking with luggages because of small hills. There are 2 Lawsons at the left and right side blocks. Quite at night, even it's close to the train trails."
