"I booked in a single reservation for a family of total 4 people, the room(s)they gave me was 2 separate rooms with 2 twin beds in each. So one room was only use for sleeping. I then inquired about maybe get 1 room with 3 beds and they wanted 40000 yen more per day , x 5 days. You can see my frustration. Also, The AC was not up to par, it was very hot in the rooms. "The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The concierge helped us find a local restaurant that had excellent food at a reasonable price. They have a beautiful garden accessible from the second floor. I would highly recommend the hotel for a relaxing and peaceful stay."
