This place is located very conveniently in a busy area in Shinjuku, but it’s very safe and quiet. My husband and I enjoyed the wonderful breakfast and were grateful they held our luggage for a few hours. The hotel is very clean and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast menu was great , staff amazing and friendly. Also made an effort when asking questions in my broken Japanese.Helped with my luggage delivery to Osaka. Hotel clean tidy and in a good location near Shinjuku Station. Linen replenished when I needed it and place had good facilities. Definitely recommended

I frequently stay at APA hotels because they are affordable, clean and in central locations. This one did not let me down. The staff was very helpful. Everything was kept clean and all requests I had were handled in a timely manner. The location is amazing. Everything is close and the subway is a short walk away. Lots of food, shopping and nightlife nearby.
