Property is ideal with very friendly and helpful staff. There are a couple of pools with a small bar/snack area open throughout the day. Although the place was full during the week we stayed it never seemed overcrowded or too busy. Great place for a holiday."

We arrived on a late flight and there wasn’t so much as bottled drinking water provided. The advertised dishwasher did not exist (I think...

"We had a wonderful stay, the apartment was very clean and spacious. The hosts were amazing and very responsive. We loved the convenience of the pick up and drop off options and used it several times. The driver was courteous, on time and very helpful. The apartment is perfect for a stay close to the airport and you will find that it’s a very walkable neighborhood with a bakery just up the street and a square not to far away where we got amazing gyros. I would 100% stay here again!"

I recommend this place to people who want to be away from the centre and are self-sufficient. It has a very nice balcony, kitchen, and bathroom. The people around were so lovely and helpful, would definitely want to go back! :)"

"We have just returned from a wonderful family holiday at Villa Koutsounada. The villa was in a perfect spot for us, close to the beach and a couple of tavernas. The villa was very well appointed, especially the kitchen with efficient air conditioning throughout the house. Communication with the host was easy and all our queries were answered and responded to. We loved the outside space and the pool was well used! We hope to return."

"We had such an incredible stay at Karlos and Mariliz’s home. They were so gracious and allowed us to have the most wonderful time. The house keeper and her daughter were also wonderful to us and greet us and provide ideas of where to go. The pool was absolutely incredible and was used everyday. We loved cooking our meals there as well. It was our home away from home and it exceeded our expectations. Absolutely wonderful hosts. Highly recommend."

"We had a brilliant time at Beach House Christina. Maria was super responsive to any questions we had prior and during our stay. The star of the show of this property is the outdoor space which is exceptional, with beautiful views across to Albania and the sea on your doorstep. The pool was plenty warm enough in early July and is a perfect place to cool offfloat about in. We ate every meal outside, rented paddleboards that were delivered to the jetty by the beach and really made the most of the location. The flats had ample room for our group of 8 (4 parents and 4 young adult children.). There is excellent air conditioning and WiFi, and the property is only a 15–20 minute walk into Kassiopi. We organised a half day excursion into the mountains which we all loved. Our driver Petros was brilliant and we would highly recommend."

"Wonderful property that matched its description with fantastic views. Excellent easy access and turning even for our 9 seater minivan.We were a family holiday and loved the use of the small children's pool and the bbq.Please note that you only get 1 key that also activates all the electricity in the property. So when you go out everything goes off. A/C understood. However it also stops the fridge/freezer and the dishwasher!Owner came by everyday cleaning pool etc and was very responsive to our needs."

"Always a quick response time and very accommodating. The whirlpool was broken, but the next day, maintenance workers came to fix it :). Just be aware that it's a cold-water whirlpool. Otherwise, the view was simply breathtaking, and each room has its own bathroom. A dream for larger groups! And everything was spotlessly clean, especially the bathrooms :) An extra chopping board would be great :) but we really had a fantastic stay! Highly recommended."
