My husband was having knee replacement at crystal clinic. This hotel was a mile from the hospital. We arrived the night before surgery. I stayed there as they kept my husband overnight Everyone was so helpful and every morning and evening they would ask me how he was doing. Very friendly and helpful.

We were disappointed the pool was closed, but overall it was a great stay! Friendly staff, nice breakfast (waffles, eggs, biscuits/gravy, muffins, cereal, etc), clean room, kitchen with stove, dishwasher, fridge, utensils, living room had a sofa bed, desk and nice big screen TV. We would stay here again and recommend others!

Great place for R&R

First time staying at this hotel. It was close to the places we visited. The room was very spacious. Loved the kitchen, but didn't get a chance to use the stove. Breakfast was better than expected. Coffee was good! If we stay in the area again to celebrate our anniversary. I'm definitely staying here. Didn't hear other guests which made for a great night sleep.

Weekend Trip to Akron

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was better than expected! However, the hotel showed signs of wear and tear, in the room and in the pool area, that didn’t make it feel the cleanest. It could definitely use an upgrade.
