"We had a great stay. Everything was fantastic, staff was excellent, a ton of dining options. The only comments I have is that I wish they allowed people to sign out bicycles, more than just the guided tour they give. Also, it was difficult to get into some restaurants becuase they were booked, but each restaurant we went to had a lot of open tables, so they could easily accommodate more people on an hour than what they allow. Also, half of the shows they charged additional, and at an all...

"Rude staff, I rented a hotel price arbnb place and I thought I was renting a hotel room. No service, noone came to take out trash and noone came to bring an extra roll of toilet paper. When asked if we can acess the pools - hard NO … when asked why- Well since last year we changed our policy but we haven’t changed the information online, and we need DAILY PASS OF $60-$100 depending which pool. Very misleading. When asked about hot water - we will fixed and they never did. "

Just to list a few reasons: Most fans in bed-rooms not working (not ideal in warm Mexico) AC in a few rooms not working. No hot water in any bathrooms.
