A Perfect short getaway for our family. Upon arriving at the hotel we were received with the most amazing staff. Our concierge Erik Medina and his co-workers took exceptional care of all our needs. The handled the reservations for all our activities and meals. The grounds were beautiful and lush, the live animals was a plus!

The check in process was terrible. The rest of the staff throughout the hotel were amazing. The food for an all inclusive was great. The rooms are in a desperate need of an upgrade. The cleanliness of the rooms to the resort grounds need to be better

Cristian Gómez and Nadia Martinez concierge in Building 27 were great with helping us throughout our stay. They helped us make our trip enjoyable and were always friendly and available to help! Erik Medina greeted us and was amazing at helping us through check in along with helping to orientate ourselves upon arrival. He continued to check in on us during our stay and was a great resource.

Staff and service was great! Shoutout to Erick and Juan concierges. Overall stay was very pleasant and relaxing. The themed restaurants were ok- the flavor just wasn’t there at all and food freshness was lacking. In fact, the buffet offered better taste and freshness. Stayed for 6 nights and absolutely loved it! The staff (Eric and Dario) was extremely nice!!! They were really helpful, patient, and informative. I went in the middle of July, so it was really hot and humid. However, most areas except the lobby and sports bar have air conditioning. I totally recommend this resort for a chill and adventurous vacation.
