Wow!!! If you are looking to relax in nature this is the place. The hosts and staff were amazing making sure our every need was met including getting a Drs appointment for my son. They would also prepare us meals on request. At night you can enjoy the fire by the cenote with the glowing lights inside the caves. During the day the birds are very entertaining we even spotted a toucan. Honestly we can’t say enough about this heaven on earth. We will definitely be returning next year.

My husband and I came to Akumal Bay for our honeymoon and we absolutely loved our stay! The service was fantastic and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We would absolutely come here again and plan to do so in the future. I highly recommend having a photo shoot done with their on site photographer Conrado who is amazing at what he does and I am SO GLAD we got these pictures to commemorate our special time here.

We were at Conrad Tulum for 5 nights. The staff was amazing all across the property. Perfect place to relax and enjoy. Many dinner options. Well equipped gym. Several pools. An incredible time.

The staff was outstanding. The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly with answering any questions I had, and they were very clear with everything. Our servers were amazing. Antonio and Ramon at the buffet in Sian Kaan we’re super awesome and took great care of us! Pedro at the front helping with bags and scheduling a taxi was super awesome and friendly. Viktor was an activities director and hosted a Zumba class and was super fun and upbeat and personal. I can’t spell it very well but ...

The hotel is safe and secure. The service was excellent. I want to give a special shout-out to Eleazar & Cheleo in the buffet restaurant, they went far and beyond to make us feel special. 10 out 10 stars all around.

Lovely resort! Visited for a week in Jan. with our kids (21, 19, 15) and enjoyed our stay. We did two rooms to better accommodate and give space and that worked well for us. We did junior suites. One room the air conditioning was plenty cold and comfortable and the other was a bit warm and humid feeling but still fine for sleeping in and that's all we did in the rooms. We probably could have asked for maintenance but didn't feel it was that necessary. Rooms were clean and in great condition....

We stayed at this hotel third time for the last 5 years and everything is perfect: big variety in food, very helpful staff, Nice beach, a lot of swimming pools on the territory. If you booking this property through the Expedia you’ll get vip access to all hotels and restaurants and beaches.

Olivia Oceanfront was the perfect place for our bachelorette trip in Tulum! The rooms were beautiful, clean, and spacious, which made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. We also loved how easy and convenient the digital check-in process was. The property has amazing amenities, including beautiful rooftop areas, a jacuzzi, a beach club, restaurants, and a gym. We just returned from a week at Jashita and couldn't recommend the hotel more. It's truly a special place perched at the end of Solomon Bay, just a short jaunt away from the great restaurants, hotels, and nightlife of the Tulum puebla and beach. But most importantly, with all that Jashita has to offer, why leave? The service across the board is some of the best I've received anywhere being a frequent traveler for both work and pleasure. I’ve never been to Tulum and in booking this property it is close to both popular beach clubs of MIA and TABOO… the ocean was steps away from my room and as this was an adult only property it wasn’t wild with young folks running around. This property doesn’t have tv in their rooms which is perfect to disconnect completely and fully enjoy your experience at the beach listening to the waves. This property continues to hit way above it's benchmark, at least in terms of the deal I found. Service, accommodations, amenities, food, the entire experience is superb. Out of 5 stars, though, I'd deduct 1/2 star for the unhappy increase in the club or lounge music around the property. The 2-3 hour daily set at the bar is tolerable, especially if your room is removed from that area. This was our 5th visit to Esencia. We got married here 4 years ago and keep coming back. It is the perfect balance of understated beauty with warm, impeccable service (and the MOST delicious food). The new owner is really taking care to maintain the uniqueness of the property, while also making improvements. New furniture, new bath products, updated menus are just a few. The changes are lovely. We cannot say enough how special Esencia is. We recommend it to everyone we know.

Sana and its entire staff was absolutely top tier. The facility was clean and refreshing as a change of scenery of the “”Tulum” aesthetic. Our room was upgraded and we had a peaceful and relaxing time. We will certainly be back to enjoy for our next vacation as this trip was strictly for work. Top marks all around for Sana Tulum. Highly recommended.

Quite possibly the most beautiful and relaxing stay I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stay that is reflective of the natural beauty and environment of Tulum and not the all-inclusive resort side. Also the opportunity to see baby sea turtles climb the shore past my room at night is a memory I’ll have forever.

The TRS Yucatan was part of a larger group of related hotels on a very large beautiful beach and jungle property. The butlers at our villa, especially Emilio, were very welcoming and helpful as we oriented ourselves to the many facets of the resort. The transportation cart service was quick and the drivers very friendly.....though by following the seaside/beach everything was also very walkable. Food was excellent....green juice at Helios was my favorite!

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon. I thought we were going to feel regretful for not staying at a beach resort, but I'm so glad we stayed here instead. We woke up every morning and hopped on the rental bikes and rode into town (and if you're ambitious like us- the ruins, the beaches, and the cenotes- all were a bit of a hike but worth it).
