"The reception was a huge problem. They didn’t have my reservation anywhere. I had to wait for over an hour and call Expedia support to get my room. The room was clean and it had a wonderful view. The place was extremely overcrowded. The pool water was filthy. The pool bathrooms were filthy and the beach was absolutely disgusting, totally filled with trash. "

"Amazing old world charm. Def stay there. Great cocktails and service was very friendly and helpful by everyone. Nice bed. Some rooms may be noisy for some people if you are on the main road. Our room had a plumbing smell in the bathroom..not sure if others do."

Time Travel in a great location

"Elegant old hotel, that feels frozen in time. The views of the sunset and the sea from oceanfront rooms are magnificent. Easy walk to the Greco-Roman museum and other sites. Fun to stroll the Corniche or take a quick taxi ride to seafood restaurants by the citadel. Where I stay when I'm in Alexandria. "

"The hotel maintains a clean and professional environment with friendly and attentive staff. Notably, it offers 24/7 security. We have had exceptional experiences with several staff members, including Shaimaa (room service), Klear (customer service), Aymen (reception), and Christen (cafeteria). We also had positive interactions with managers Aymen Zen. Overall, our experience was highly enjoyable."

"This property has just opened. It's very nice and i reserved a Suite by the sea which was magnificent. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. This property is in the best location in Alexandria and i highly recommend it. "
