My short stay was faultless, everything about the hotel was excellent, even though it was during Ramadan. Minor glitch, Crossroads bar had run out of Kirin draught beer, which I had drunk the first two nights, but they had other options, went for an Italian beer, which was very nice, and gave me the first one on the house.
Room was perfect everything as it should be, no disturbances, but room kept spotlessly clean, and all amenities replaced daily as used. Breakfast was excellent with wide...

5 star from top to bottom! Very kind staff… I forgot my phone in a taxi, and the staff got in touch with the taxi driver and had my phone returned. Amazing service, I highly recommend staying here if you go to Dubai.

This is a great hotel, which is only a 15 minute walk from the Dubai Mall. Everything about my room was great; very comfortable bed, spacious room, lots of storage, and a large shower. The staff are excellent and willing to answer any question. The food in the restaurant is also excellent. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Dubai.

I enjoyed this stay far more than I would have thought. I stayed at the Pullman a couple of weeks prior and I prefer the Crowne Plaza. Upon arrival, I was provided a free upgrade, which made everything better--and a close tie with the 5-star Fairmont in Manila, which I just left.
I very much delighted in my stay at this hotel, which feels like it just opened this year with how clean it is, but it's not the best location--it stands with the Intercontinental in its own space of land. Next time...
