"First of all, checkinn was 2 pm. But we had to wait till 3pm because the room was not ready. No sorry nothing. The reception lady and the manager on duty didn't even greet properly. None of the days we were there. Imagine it's a small hotel and you have to past them every day. They just look at you. The sink had a blockage, so the water didn't flow and there was a smell in the bathroom. No separation between toilet and bath so the whole bathroom was full with water. "Great hotel. Was upgraded to a suite as part of being VIP both on Raddison and platinum on Expedia. Suite was beautiful and specious. Breakfast was by far the nicest breakfast we had in a while. Staff is polite and helpful. Free and convenient parking. Pool was small and a ton of constructions outside. Burj view no longer available due to a high rise building newly built in front of the hotel. Limited food options around the hotel. Overall, Definitely stay here again despite the minor setbacks. "
