One of the worst and dirty hotel. l I had to change 3 rooms and called Expedia, Disappointed hotel for showing fake pics of the rooms and none of the rooms was what they showed in the pictures. Will never stay again. All rooms have smells, they didn’t provide any towels and had to buy my own and also no soap Wes provided. This hotel should be banned from all websites. Hello, I am writing to file an official complaint about the room I was given . As soon as I entered, I noticed the following issues: • The room was dirty and not properly cleaned. • There was a strong, unpleasant smell. • The room did not match the photos shown on your website/app. • The environment felt unhygienic and unfit to stay in. Because of these conditions, I left within 5 minutes. I immediately requested a refund, but my request was refused. I paid for a room I could not stay in due to unacceptable conditions that violate basic cleanliness and accuracy standards. I am asking for a full refund as soon as possible. Please address this issue promptly. Thank you.

I have stayed in some budget hotels but none as neglected as this one. On arrival, five staff were on reception but just ignored me until I eventually demanded service. I then arrived to my room to find no towel, hand soap or body wash or toilet paper, and was told these were provided on request only. Seriously? The room furniture is very tired, the carpet could do with vacuuming, and the bathroom was frankly disgusting. The elevators are also a joke. Really not good.
