"Sat in the lobby as I write this review. Booked this hotel for my family and my wedding anniversary. Was a wonderful stay and experience. The cleaning staff are great. The valet service is top and not to mention the facilities. The beds are big and spacious lovely balcony and views. The amenities such as the shower gels are top stuff. Took me by surprise as I’ve stayed on many hotels on the palm. They catered to my every need and were flexible. No experience goes without hiccups or one or two problems. But how the staff and management handled it was top stuff. The only thing I can be a little critical on is the fact that there was a lot of children around even in the adult only sections of the hotel and beach. "

"The hotel was great, the staff were amazing and made you feel welcome. The pool staff were great and good with kids, breakfast was good and the view of the burj khalifa from our 2 bedroom apartment was good on the last night we realised we could actually see the burj al Arab right in the distance so that was a good view of both burjs. 5* hotel :)"

"Facilities are outstanding. Brilliant staff, I arrived at 11:30 and they checked me into my room early. The food is delicious and top brand spirits with lovely coffee. Cannot fault the food, nice choices. The pools are huge and love the swim up bar. WiFi was never a problem, even 100 metres away on the beach the signal was good. There is nothing to do around the area but as it’s all inclusive why would you want to leave the resort. Saying that, there are always a fleet of taxis outside. My only gripe is the sports bar, you’re not allowed alcohol in the bar!!! Plus, I class this as an international hotel and all they show on the 5 screens are local sports and old seria A Italian club games. During my stay there was the Grand Prix, cricket T20 World Cup, French tennis open, NBA finals, NHL finals and the Euro 2024. Such a shame as I know other Riu hotels accommodate guest requests for major sport. Otherwise a lovely and relaxing stay. "
