"Perfection! Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was amazing. My husband collapsed while walking and needed to be taken to hospital. Management could not have been more accommodating. They did everything they could for him and were very helpful to me. Grace was especially helpful when I returned from hospital. "We would have loved to seen/received the VIP amenities promised but we didn't get any of the,. We arrived at the hotel early and were told there was no upgraded rooms and no such VIP amenities. The hotel was fantastic though and we enjoyed every min of being there. We will come again. Just rather we didn't have the VIP carrot dangled in front of us by Expedia - not the hotel."

"We stayed in the tent for 1 night. It was only bearable to be inside (even with aircon) after 6pm and before 7/8am! However it was lovely and clean and beautiful surroundings, with toilets etc. the service at dinner however was awful - we were sat down for 45 mins before we got our drinks or even cutlery, then we found out our order hadn’t even been placed. "This resort is one of our favourite resorts in Dubai. It's quiet and relaxing, with just the right panache without being OTT. The room is luxe and comfy. The amenities are superb. It's got great F&B offerings. A lovely pool and within walking distance of several restos and cafes. We're saddened that it's closing its doors soon which is why we decided to stay one last time. "

"The idea of self-contained villas is a fabulous one, especially for travelers who have larger family size. Unfortunately, the resort has not been kept to the standards that the photos on Expedia and other booking websites depict. The staff, however, was very helpful and pleasant to interact with."

"Stayed at this hotel just over a week and everything was great.Genuinely one of the best places I have ever stayed at.The size of the rooms are great and come with a great range of amenities that are extremely useful and make you feel more at home.We had a duplex room and a superior 2 bedroom room and both were stunning and had great views.The staff are extremely kind and provided the best service during our stay.I would recommend this hotel highly."
