"First of all, checkinn was 2 pm. But we had to wait till 3pm because the room was not ready. No sorry nothing. The reception lady and the manager on duty didn't even greet properly. None of the days we were there. Imagine it's a small hotel and you have to past them every day. They just look at you. The sink had a blockage, so the water didn't flow and there was a smell in the bathroom. No separation between toilet and bath so the whole bathroom was full with water. A special mention goes to Khodarahm, the doorman. I travel extensively around the world, and I have never encountered such remarkable dedication to hospitality. His commitment to welcoming and assisting every guest is extraordinary—no matter how many people required his attention, he moved swiftly and graciously to ensure each person received special care. I would also like to commend Francis and Saeed, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
