The property is in downtown and walking distance to the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall. The service is five star. You will not find this service in American or European hotels.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights only. Had some issues during check-in (they initially put me in a simpler room on the 6th floor. I complained and they moved me to a room similar to the one I saw in the pictures when I booked). Other than that, everything was great. This is a great hotel, which is only a 15 minute walk from the Dubai Mall. Everything about my room was great; very comfortable bed, spacious room, lots of storage, and a large shower. The staff are excellent and willing to answer any question. The food in the restaurant is also excellent. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Dubai.

Just like every single St. Regis hotel, the consistency in the excellent service can be felt. We went there for a short 2 night stay and it was lovely. Zabeel is my fav part of Dubai. I have been doing work related projects in Dubai for a long time and everytime I would go back to Zabeel. The most amazing staff (even for the high service level in Dubai), rooms are cozy and comfortable, honestly one of the best gyms I have used of all the hotels I have stayed all over the word, and the breakfast, oh the breakfast is to die for. Will come back everytime that I am in Dubai for sure.
