"Property was lovely. Welcome was great. However we went to a concert and didn’t arrive until late and discovered we had no sheets on the bed. Found a blanket in closet and slept on that. Also breakfast was fine but didn’t get all of it and some came 10 minutes after we had finished. Hope they can solve these problems"

I did hear the guests on the floor above but that did not concern me much as I am an early riser. It would be nice to have local channels on the television as storms can come and go so quickly over the bay. "

We booked this property because it said “you’ll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.” We immediately left after discovering that it is just a couple rooms in a man’s house and he would be there the entire time. Such a waste of money. "

"If you are looking to stay in Ozark, or the surrounding area, pick this place, you won’t be disappointed. The location is just as described, and a close walk into downtown. Communication with the manager was phenomenal, and everything I needed was available for my weekend stay. I will definitely be renting this cozy corner place again. It was just wonderful."

"What a pretty property! The Host left us donuts, waters and had a welcome sign waiting on us when we arrived. We had a crazy day and the host worked with us on what time we could check in. The pond was beautiful and the accommodations were clean and neat. Would definitely stay there again."

"This was a very last minute booking and we have never stayed in a B&B but it was great. There’s not a lot to do in Mentone but we ventured off and hiked to nearby places. We had a GORGEOUS view from our balcony and Charity was so nice. She cooked us a fabulous breakfast each morning and was extremely knowledgeable about the area. We will definitely recommend this place to friends and family!!!"
