Nice little cozy place. Really close to ruby falls which was why we chose this place. Rooms are nice. The bed was really comfortable. Quite place away from traffic noise but close to downtown.

Room was beautiful & really well appointed. The balcony view was beautiful. And the complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. We had some trouble getting into our room upon arrival but we got a super quick response and were able to get it worked out. We will absolutely stay here again!

Rooms are very nice. Spacious bathroom and sitting area. Great view of the Tennessee River. You are literally a walk away from Ruby Falls. The Inn is on Lookout mountain. Great place for families to rent out and have it to themselves. Only 10 rooms, so get to staying. Each room has a bed, sitting area, small fridge/freezer, coffee maker and large screen TV.

The balcony view was so beautiful, rhe shower was hot and the bed was super comfy. It was the perfect little place to stay for my hisband and I. We will be back for sure.

The bed was very comfortable and the views were beautiful. There were about 5 stink bugs and several lady bugs on the ceiling but that is normal this time of year. Overall a wonderful stay! The team communicated our room code several hours before check-in which allowed us the flexibility to relax sooner before heading out to the city for dinner.

The room was amazing with a great view. The hot tube was clean and ready to be used. We meet other guests at the upper fire pit. I think almost every guest came over to say hi. There were S'mores kits for everyone. The morning breakfast was great with a good verity of hot food. This will be a go to stop when ever we pass thru again.
