"Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I did have an issue with billing. I thought I had booked a 3 night stay but apparently I had only booked 2 nights. After the 2nd night, we had been out most of the morning. When we returned, the person at the desk alerted us that we should have checked out by 11. She stated that she had tried to call us and was unsuccessful so she used our credit card on file to bill us another day. I was not told that the price would be higher and i did not receive a receipt. The next morning we checked out. Again, I was not given a receipt. It was only after I got home and received an email that I realized I was charged more than double what i originally paid for the room. Had I known this, I would have went elsewhere! I should have been told that there was a huge price increase."

"The Red Elephant condo was absolutely beautiful and had everything and more that a visitor to Tuscaloosa would need. It is impeccably decorated with lovely amenities and the most comfortable beds. The owner has thought of everything-all you need is your clothes. Great location with easy walk to campus and the Strip. Great outdoor seating and refreshing pool too! We can’t stop raving about it! Thank you!"

"The garbage was overflowing outside and inside the bldg for both days I was there. I was in room #1 shower stall had hair all over and on the floor - I was relocated to another room - same thing -I was told by front desk that I had to show both room to the housekeeping supervisor . Supervisor didn't apologize and wasted my time. I have a pic but it's of not the type of hair on your head let me know I can send it "
