"Convenient location for anyone visiting either Shands or UF. I needed a place on short notice to visit family at Shands and this was a great fit. Located in the back of a condominium complex it was a quiet area and felt very safe.If you need a place to sleep while in Gainesville I would recommend it. Not a big place but it is better than a hotel room in my opinion. Would rent again if I were in the area."
