"If you want to have the most comfy solo work trip stay here. Black out curtains and literally the WHOLE room is controlled by an ipad you don't need to move a muscle. If you happen to bring someone up to your room it's not a stain it's cute and comfortable and they'd enjoy. you can even play games with the lights and they can change to whatever color you put on the ipad. Downstairs area is so trendy and so many restaurants right at the base, as well as a beautiful starbucks. Staff was SO kind which is tough in miami! like actually the sweetest ever"

"I think for as much as you pay to stay at such a nice resort the beach cabanas and umbrellas should not have to be purchased. Along with the pool side ones. Overall the resort is beautiful and very well maintained. "

"The rooms great the pool and waterslide area was great was renovation going on so some areas was not that great and of course everything was expensive but it is a hotel resort so what do you expect but the most ridiculous thing was they charge you for the pool floaties to make sure your kids don't drown for 500 for 2 nights some things should be free to use but not keep sheesh just cash grab on everything and the breakfast was 53$ for 2 adults and 2 children ages 2 and 4 should be complementary I mean even a best Western a low brand hotel give complimentary breakfast and it was sub par wheat french toast sucked "
