"Our room was clean but damaged. The tub in the master had been replaced and not with the jetted tub it was supposed to have. The staff were ok other then the front desk staff who rudely refuse to let you check in with them unless your license won't scan on the machines. Can't check out with them either. To me that is not very customer friendly. Also was told I could use my CC for the deposit only and got there and I could not so the whole stay had to go on my CC which isn't what we had planned."

"Location was great, not much else good to say. Hot water hard to get for showers, shower leaked constantly. Had booking for 5 but always only had 3 towels refreshed. Housekeeping poor, some days nothing made up, other days 1 bed, once we got both, turned into a running joke with family how many would be done each day. Breakfast ok, not alot of choice though. Staff where nice enough though, under new management so hopefully they improve things because i wouldnt recommend"
