An amazing stay at the palazzo hotel, it’s clean and well maintained. The continental breakfast was great, perfect to start the day. My daughter loved the pool and the outdoor movie screen. I will be visiting again very soon Aracely and Raquel at the breakfast area were amazing and friendly

My friend, her daughter, and I stayed here for the night and really enjoyed ourselves. One of our favorite parts was the area behind the property by the lake. We had fun looking at the fish and even seeing baby gators in the water. There’s a nice dock where you can sit out over the lake, plus hammocks near the trees that were perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was definitely an experience! It gets very busy because the hotel accommodates a large number of guests, so expect a crowd during breakfast hours. Overall, though, we had a fun stay and really enjoyed the outdoor areas and being able to relax by the water.

From check-in the gentleman at front desk was very nice, friendly and very professional. The lobby was very nice and the room was very clean. I would definitely stay at this hotel again! I didn’t get to stay for breakfast and use the amenities due to needing an early check out for my air flight!
