"The cleanliness of this hotel was not great at all. The shower had stains along the caulking, walls, and malfunctions throughout. You must note that they only housekeep clean the room every 3 days. So if your stay isn’t longer than 4 days you WILL NOT receive any housekeeping. Even after noting that, I simply requested that the floor be swept and mop while we were away for the day, they told me NO. This is a family hotel, many children, so expect your floor to be littered with food crumbs and such, the staff doesn’t care and they will not clean the floor at any time. Breakfast hours are very limited. A traditional hotel hours are 6a-10a, here it was 7a-9:30a and the cut off is strict. Only stayed here thinking it was similar to the Palazzo in Las Vegas, this place was nowhere near the quality in service or experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND"

"I reserve my room a month ago and I check in at 3am on second day which means the check in time was 3pm but I came late and when I came I wait 3 hours to get room because they said we are sold out what it mean do I make new reservation to say like that why you give my room to other members and the room was 170$ around like this they said will refund 50$ for that it’s insane "

"Clean room very nice the outside just do sent have housekeeping they clean ur room only when I leave apparently but my 10 of 10 was water park for my kids just the water was cold got in for a while . And love the different rooms with games for kids very nice hotel also dirent like that we weren’t able to get our breakfast upstairs apparently hotel rules they give you breakfast but can take up only if u buy it "

"We booked a 2 bedroom suite that was perfect for our family of four. It was very spacious with a view of the pool and fireworks at night. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff at the hotel were so nice and attentive. We needed extra conditioner and it was delivered in less than 20 minutes. Excellent customer service! The property is beautifully maintained. The golf course was beautiful. The putt putt course was fun! The gym was very nice. Plenty of treadmills, bikes, rowing machines, weights, etc. During check in we were asked to participate in a 2 timeshare presentation, but we declined it. Overall the hotel stay was great and we would definitely do it again. "
