"The place is good, but there came a time when we felt uncomfortable, because they did not guide you well and everything you needed to know about the place. Whatever we did due to lack of orientation, they threatened us that it couldn't be done and we had to call the police. We felt intimidated during our stay. We also couldn't use the attractions, swimming pool, parks of the place because the check in of the house was different from that of the surroundings and there was a discrepancy on the...

"We've stayed at this resort before but this was probably our worst stay. The check-in process was crazy and the people at the front desk were struggling and then forgot to call us when the property was ready and we had to go back. Also I called the front desk for help with the wifi password and they didn't know. I messaged the property and heard back 24 hours later and the password was wrong (it ended up being in small print on a light switch). The unit was a little dated and not that clean. ...
