"Great property, especially for the proximity to all the themes parks w/o paying the exorbitant prices. Only complaint, if that, is the lack of hot water in the shower. Luke warm at best. Otherwise, great family friendly resort lots of extra amenities, including a shuttle to certain theme parks. "

"Aside from being close to the theme parks, there is nothing about this resort that is worth the price or worth staying for. The bathroom was so small and the door didnt open all the way. We could also hear the water in the pipes from both the bathtub and sink. It was so loud everytime any other room showered or flushed. The ac would not go below 70⁰ which for summer is insane, and there was basically no air flow in the room. "

"We come very often, we came again but this time it was awful. Was up from 1130 pm until 430am because no one was monitoring guests in the hallways who were super loud and I had two kids we did not sleep. Hotel was nice enough to offer free night for next time."

"The pool was enjoyable but we arrived a little late and swam in evening. It was not busy at all. We just went to one pool and hot tub and the arcade room. Room was comfortable and a quick stay. "

"Its amazing hotel. One thing it can improve. Provide more vegetarian options for the family who does not eat meat. Only Italian restaurant on the premise which is really awesome. Everything else is just super awesome. Checkin in, buying tickets for Disney, breakfast, pool, shuttles to the disney parks, clean hotel, its just the best. I am definitely coming back."

"Everything was great except for the wifi. I was unable to get it to work on the iPad. I only wanted it at night to use white noise for my child to sleep. Had I known I would have brought a sound machine. Considering how amazing the rest of the hotel was it was a shame that couldn’t work. I would have been ok with this but the hotel staff member gave me a code because she got annoyed I could not find a non-existent button. Then she hung up before I could see if the code worked, which it didn’t. Other than that the hotel was amazing"
