"This was our first time visiting the USA, and we stayed at Holiday Inn for five days. We had a really great stay and felt very welcomed from the beginning. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and we also had a great experience with the bell service team. We especially enjoyed our time at Palm Breeze Restaurant. Maria was always so friendly and hospitable and made us feel very welcome every time we came in. John was also amazing and always went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. Jose was very friendly and attentive as well. A special thank you to Francisco at the egg station! He makes fantastic omelettes and was always willing to go the extra mile for us. Our daughter also really enjoyed the waffle station, so breakfast became one of the things she looked forward to during our stay. 😊 We did lose internet in our room for about two days, which was inconvenient, but overall, we still had a very good stay. This was a very memorable family trip for us, especially since it was our first time in the USA, and having such friendly and welcoming people around made the experience even better. Thank you to everyone, especially Maria, John, Jose and Francisco, for taking such good care of us during our five-day stay. We would definitely stay here again! ❤️"

"It’s a great location but for having to pay so much for parking and a resort fee, I feel the staff should provide more details about what amenities go along with the resort fee. They give you a card with no explanation. It’s a list and even the staff person I asked wasn’t fully aware of all the items listed. I think Disney is a better bang for your buck!"

"A beautiful, clean, and spacious hotel room. A slightly elevated experience from the Swan. Although there were families at the Reserve, the hotel feels much more adult in theme. Great customer service and easy access to Epcot and Hollywood Studios."

"We had a nice stay at All Star Music Resort though we were only there for one night. The room was very clean, pools were great, and staff were super helpful and friendly. Our only complaint was that the beds were hard so we did not sleep well and would have a hard time staying here for more than one night."
