"Clean rooms, nice facilities, but there is a 15$ a day parking fee. Free breakfast was great though! The beds and pillows bit soft , we prefer firm. Itherwise great place!"

"We arrived after 6pm and our 3 bedroom unit was not available for us to check in, as the room had to be clean. We received 2 comp drink tickets and requested a 3 comp drink ticket as the room was not ready. The response was "no we only give 2 comp" and the front desk clerk walked away. My advice check in after 6pm"

"free parking. Welcoming staff. Room big but empty they have space to insert small table and chairs. Need to put up pictures. Bathroom needed update, old tiles bit mouldy. Air con so loud couldnt sleep, for first few nights. which was a shame. Enjoyed on site cafe but could do with more low fat options. Lady who works am in cafe so friendly and remembered what we drink after 1 day! Bar man friendly. Room cleaned frequently but on day one smell of cleaning products too strong had to prop door open. Convenient location. Shuttle to universal and disney."

"Nice property with great location for Disney parks but they need to focus on arrival at the hotel for guests driving. It was pure chaos upon arrival with no signage or communication and you have to park on the other side of the neighboring hotel so it’s a bit of a walk with luggage."
