"The experience was great. Staff was very nice and accommodating. For our anniversary and celebration of our first baby, they left a thoughtful gift and upgraded the view of our room. The dining options were good and access to both pools was nice. Some constructive feedback: the bed was very hard and hurt our backs and made sleeping difficult. And the towels and robes were a bit scratchy. Outside of these things, everything was great and we had a nice time. "

"I can't say enough about how friendly EVERY person was at this hotel. I honestly could not believe it. Every person acknowledged us at any time, at breakfast, in the halls, coming off the elevator. The room was nice; everything worked and their were lots of outlets for chargers. Pool was quiet and clean. Now for the hot breakfast... there was bacon, potatoes, turkey sausage, cheese omelets, egg white omelets with peppers, a pancake machine that makes two fresh pancakes in 2 minutes, bagels,...
