"When arriving they did not have the room we booked which was the pool view. Had to settle for a different view. After getting assigned a room the AC did not work and had to get a technician to repair. Room did not get cleaned for 2 days in a row. Front desk assured me that they would correct the issue and never did. Housekeeping inbthe room was poor. I would hate to relive the stay by explaining the it all over again. To make a long story short the stay here was very disappointing."

"There are hidden resort fees and parking fees that add $100 per night to your stay that you don't know about till you get there. We were there for work so we never used the resort amenities, so it was an extra waste of money. We will probably not be back."

"We had a phenomenal stay at the Hilton Orlando! The hotel was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and well-maintained. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The pool area was fantastic, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and family-friendly. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Orlando!"
