Pros: This hotel was great for many reasons. The rooms and bathrooms are modern, well equipped and clean; the bed and pillows were super comfy and soft; the service was wonderful; the lobby restaurant/convenience food and choices were awesome (as was Dana's service!) with breakfast served all day (reasonably priced); and our room was generally quiet (except for traffic noise from the busy street and gas station nearby). They offer a free shuttle bus (3 mile radius), nice pool, nice gym, and decent WiFi. The surrounding area is quite nice, with an entrance to the Orlando Urban Trail (for walkers, runners and cyclists) just a quarter mile from the hotel's front door.
Cons: Why not 5 stars? Room service is provided "every other day", meaning that if you stay for two nights, there will be no service provided until you depart. This means that if you need anything - like replacement coffee for the coffeemaker, trash emptied, etc. - you need to request service at the front desk. Parking, in their open parking lot, is charged at $20/day. This might be common in Orlando, but I'm not sure.
Overall impression: one of the best hotels we have stayed at for some time, and we travel a lot! Would we book to stay her again... you bet. It was a wonderful experience all round!
