"Room was clean and nice, hallways and property walks were not cleaned daily. Garbage was picked up but dirty floors. Flow-rider cost money and is advertised as part of water park but unable to use unless book in advance. Was the largest reason we booked the hotel and were disappointed."

"We are always staying at resorts this was our first time at this one. Very clean rooms housekeeping staff not to friendly it’s ok no security in the front entrance 3 fights one physical and people parking in front of the entrance while checking in not letting anyone move there cars because they were blocked and fights and arguments began as we waited in our vehicle while husbands were checking in. No police or security anywhere. Very scary. But the resort looked nice from our room we were a bit intimidated to walk around. Did not let my teens explore cause of the yelling and screaming around us not sure if fighting or just having a good time. "
