"Kid friendly lots of different pools, beautiful campus, reasonably priced, employees friendly, very clean. No negatives from our recent stay. Would stay here again in a heart beat!!"

"Hotel is in need of renovation carpet nasty Furniture warped from water stains bathroom needs updated. Smelled musty hot tub out of order and it's a LONG WALK to your room we got drenched because it was raining no inside access to rooms. Hit up by timeshare salesman the minute we checked in. But the cookies were good !!!!"

"The food options was an issue for me at the location . Keep in mind the city walk has the best options for food. It also closes at 1am."

"I was in and out for 1 night only. The hotel is huge and has 3 pools I did not have time to visit. There is a restaurant/bar, coffee shop, and gift store. They offer a buffet breakfast (for a fee) until 10:30 am. Parking is $10 per night. The "amenities" I scored a 3 were a very soft mattress and a TV remote that did not line up with the guide channels. There were things I wanted to watch and could not. I let it go. I was able to get a wake up call, which I appreciated. I would definitely consider staying there again when I am in the area. I'd like to try out the pool and buffet breakfast buffet. "

"Do not believe that they have a shuttle to the park. The departures and returns are so very limited and nearly impossible to secure. We ended up paying for Uber every day. Breakfast was a plus. Staff was very friendly. Hidden resort fee started charging at 415 am on the first night, when asked the said "oh, we'll give you a $5 dollar credit for the store" where an energy drink costs $8+. Just be weary, despite being less than 2 miles from Disney springs, it is not easily walkable (and I am someone who walks 2-3 miles from my hotel to Disneyland parks)"

"The hotel was nice , we enjoy the our stay the front desk staff was friendly and willing to help , the concierge lady Hannah was giving a weird vibe, she was trying to sell us a package with the wrong attitude. My family love the hotel and definitely will be coming back"
