"The bathroom was undersized, had to reach over the toilet to turn on shower. Came in the afternoon, couldn't buy a container of yogurt, had to go to walgreens , down the street. Hot tub area and pool had run out of towels. It was the small things. It almost seemed like a lack of staff."

"free parking. Welcoming staff. Room big but empty they have space to insert small table and chairs. Need to put up pictures. Bathroom needed update, old tiles bit mouldy. Air con so loud couldnt sleep, for first few nights. which was a shame. Enjoyed on site cafe but could do with more low fat options. Lady who works am in cafe so friendly and remembered what we drink after 1 day! Bar man friendly. Room cleaned frequently but on day one smell of cleaning products too strong had to prop door open. Convenient location. Shuttle to universal and disney."
