"We stayed at the Caribe Royal for 4 nights and while there are many pros, the cons are worth mentioning. The property itself is well maintained and has a lot of amenities that couples and families both would enjoy. The pools are well maintained and has enough chairs to where you don’t have to get up at 8 and put your towels down to make sure you have one. I really loved that they had music all day that everyone could enjoy what I didn’t love. Is that when you ordered a drink from your chair, it would have to be something that is on the menu and could not make any changes or modifies to it. What I didn’t like is that every time they ask you if you want to put an additional tip on top of the 18% they are already charging you every single time. The drinks are already overpriced and it really adds up fast. Also I didn’t like that they serve your food to the pool in a bag and not on plates. Expect to pay $20 per drink plus a 18% gratuity and $11 for a beer +grats and tip. Also, you can’t get take out at the Stadium club restaurant. You have to make a reservation and eat it there. I absolutely loved the market they had while extremely expense, made it quite nice if you wanted something quick to take to the pool and the deserts were absolutely wonderful. The only complaint was that it didn’t open until 11am and closed at midnight. I feel like at every hotel these days should have a 24 hr market or store that you can get something at any time. It should be industry standard."

"The service overall was excellent. All areas are well maintained, the rooms are clean and well organized. They have what you need, comfy beds, microwave, security box, iron, blower, etc. The pool is big and clean. The buffet for morning and evening are okay. All around are clean and looks like new. The staff are courteous and nice."
