"Pool was warm pool staff was cold and not friendly at all at the pool. Room was clean but we had to have TV serviced EVERY night, and didnt have a TV in room the first two nights. My son whonis on the spectrum needs the noise to fall asleep"

"The rooms are very clean. The staff are friendly, this was my second time visiting and both times we got pool view and it was perfect. The have grilling and dj by the pool side. Check out was easy and the staff answered all our questions. Let me not forget thw house keeping. They cleaned to perfection. Thank you guys.. Will surely be visiting again, very soon. 😃"

"Although the room was nice i was overcharged for my breakfast and charged 10 a night to park with no notice until check in of the charge when asked at the desk for an explanation nothing was done to fix the overcharge andcwas told the reasteraunt wad 3rd party and to take it up with them not happy..."

"The room felt old and outdated, and the carpet was in poor condition with many visible stains. There was also an unpleasant smell throughout the room, which made the experience uncomfortable. Overall, the cleanliness and upkeep did not meet expectations."
