"We enjoyed our stay here! It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was a quiet peaceful setting. The views of the lake are very pretty, and it was the perfect location for our stay. Richard communicated well, and even brought an ironing board at our request. We would stay here again. "

"The Melrose Cottage is situated in a great location with proximity to all the best dining, shopping, lakes & culture Winter Park has to offer. The spacious cottage itself is a place you want to linger with it's open main level social areas, very well equipped kitchen, outdoor courtyard space, beautiful bathrooms and cozy bedrooms w/laundry in between. We felt right at home. Elisa & Ron are very responsive and maintain the newer well designed and built property well."

"Great location in Winter Park! So many quality restaurants and things to do close by. The home is easily accessible with plenty of space. The host, Wendy was very hospitable. We left a toiletry bag and she was kind enough to let us know so we could come back. We enjoyed our one night stay!"

"Comfortable beds and plentiful TV screens. Nice central location to shopping and dining. Lights are bright without dimming options, and some fixtures not working. "
