"Our main problem was with checkin. We arrived about 7:45 pm. There was one receptionist and the line was backed up and remained so for at least an hour. The property was pretty sterile and mainly is for flight crews overnighting or people with very early flight. Location near airport was good. Pillows were hard and lumpy."

"The low rating is due to the factor that two of the three elevators were broken. The staff also used the elevator despite the line of guests waiting in line for use."

"The room was clean and had a sink, refrigerator, microwave and dishes/utensils. The staff was friendly. There was a pool in each village and had whirlpools. The complex is quite big with lots of things to do. My only complaint was that the used pool towels piled up and it took forever for them to be replenished. Had to resort to using bath towels. "
