"The hotel is about 5 years old and still feels new and updated. All the rooms are located on the 20-25th floors. Beds are comfortable, clean vinyl wood flooring throughout and a nice bathroom. The lobby is on the 18th floor along with a lively bar/restaurant. Food is decent. My only issue was with the service by the bartender. She kept disappearing, was very inattentive and provided barely adequate service. I have a serious problem with 18% added on automatically to our bill. The whole point...

"The room had hair everywhere and they even switched me to a new room and it still had hair everywhere. I wouldn’t stay there again"

"Camas pequeñas, baño muy incomodo. Desayuno y el personal excelente"

"the bed was comfortable. the light in the bathroom was not working. I could not find a coffee maker in the room. it was quiet and I slept well. the shower was fine. a good solid 3 stars"

"Excelente ubicacion, habitaciones limpias y personal amable."

"The hotel and my room was very clean. The breakfast is delicious with many options. The issue with the hotel is noise. Housekeeping was slamming doors so hard my bed was shaking. I received a text about my stay and reported the noise. Even after it was "reported to the team", the noise/slamming continued for another hour. If you aren't going to be in your room during the day, it would be the perfect stay. If you are staying in your room duringthe day, forget about getting any rest."

"The hotel is within a convenient distance from Orlando airport. The beds were really comfortable and the sheets were clean but the blanket should have been replaced a long time ago. The staff was wonderful but the hotel needs renovations. It was clean but the rooms are so tired, old and damaged that you don't want to take your shoes off or use the shower. I think there are better places to stay."
