"The breakfast was mostly food warmed up in the microwave. The shuttle to the parks was late pretty much everyday. The bathrooms have no ventilation so everything in the room felt damp all week from taking showers. The shower heads need to be replaced. "

"The pool, kiddie area and hot tub was very excellent. I wish they had a bigger game room. All in all my stay was great and I would use this hotel again. Hotel rooms were very clean and I was able to check in early thankfully. Staff are very welcoming and offered us some delicious cookies. "

"Amazing safe gated resort with lots of amenities and a free shuttle to and from Universal Studios. Only thing is it's a cashless resort would be fine if I lived in the USA, but for someone who doesn’t wasn't very convenient."

"This was a very good value. Unfortunately, our room was on the backside near I four which got a little loud at times, but the room was nice, updated and clean, and the beds very comfortable. Staff was great, and the breakfast bar was simply amazing. If I could give it 4 1/2 stars, I certainly feel it justifies that."

"The room smelled like someone died in the room and they used a strong disinfectant to cover the smell. Beds were clean and comfortable. Room walls and doors were dirty. Maintenance was poor. Staff was professional and proved great customer service. Great food trucks. "
