"Very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff weren't rude but also not friendly. They had ice but no ice buckets. There was overpriced water, sodas and other snack items to purchase but only with a credit card. I understand inflating prices for these items for convenience but I find it ridiculous for bottled water. Maybe it wouldn't have been so upsetting if the walk to the nearest store was less sketchy"

Universal's Endless Summer Resort - Dockside Inn and Suites

"Lively hotel with very nice rooms and beautiful pool. The on-site restaurant is really really helpful with a ton of food options and I like the soda deal. I just wish they had machines on every floor instead of having to go all the way down to the lobby every time you want a drink. the shuttle buses are convenient as well. The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel was the check-in process. It is way too long. I don’t know why it takes them so long to check everybody in. It’s not a complicated process, but I waited in line for a long time however they did make up for that by having my room ready three hours before check-in, which I really appreciate. I would definitely stay here again. It’s a lovely resort."
