"Our stay at the Hilton was extremely disappointing! We had to have maintenance to the room three times to repair safe issues and light issues. On the final day of our stay the room was not serviced despite the room being vacant from 10am until 7:30pm. We called the front desk and it took about 10 minutes of letting the phone ring before it was answered. We were told there were other customers which was why it took so long to answer the phone. That was an outright lie as we had just come from the lobby not two minutes earlier and there were no customers in the lobby or at the front desk. The night manager, with whom we spoke, was rude and attempted to blame the room not being serviced on the fact that we had the privacy sign on our door until we departed that morning at 10am!! It seems reasonable that one would have the privacy sign on the door while the room is occupied yet customer service had the entire day from 10am to service the room which was not done!! I’m very disappointed with the service at this Hilton and the demeanor of the personnel and will certainly keep this in mind when seeking hotels in the future!!"

"Room was big and always clean! The staff was super nice and helped in many ways. Location was wonderful for universal and close to several good restaurants. Only one elevator worked out of 3 which made longer wait. Also the bus that took us to the park did not pick up after the park closed."

"The location and service is top class. Staffs are very helpful. A great location to go to the parks. Loved the water taxi ride. The pool was little crowded, but the kids loved the slide. The gave a free icecream for my younger son's birthday. Overall 5 star exoerience. Highly recommended."

"Staff was great! Door had a slight Jan when opening and closing. Adjustment needed. Recliner was visible dirty. We would not sit in it. Nice Comp breakfast"

"The hotel was maintained and clean. For a budget hotel it would be a good choice. However there was no bathroom fan, the walls in the hotel are very thin and barely insulated you can hear everything in hallway very clearly and loudly. Half the tv channels were blacked out. One of the two outlets in bathroom didn’t work. So many fees. They charged for parking which I thought was not cool when you already pay for a room."
