"It was a really great relaxing stay I had here. The bed was clean no bugs in my bed or room . The bed was very comfy and so were the pillows , I enjoyed the black out curtains as well so I could sleep during the day .Also the pool was very nice and relaxing very clean . The air port shuttle to and from was very nice and comfortable and safe I had a great time and stay and felt safe the whole time. But you do need to pay from wifi but that’s no problem if you don’t need it but I had a great time 10/10 would come back and stay."

"I didn’t like the fact that there weren’t umbrellas at the pool . The Florida sun is brutal , umbrellas are a MUST !! Drinks from the bar were weak or watered down . Beverage machines were always empty or sold out . I went to 6 machines in total . I stood there 28 days so it was quite disappointing ."

"Very convenient when going to and from Universal parks. Central location to food and shopping. We had a room credit that we could use in the cafeteria which had late hours and was also very convenient. And the Starbucks was a good one. Haha highly recimmend staying here."

"Staff were helpful and good breakfast although it was so crowded in the morning in the space. But we loved having a shuttle to universal that was included."
