"We were pleasantly surprised by our stay. The hotel seems fairly new, and while we didn’t try the breakfast or spend time in the common areas, our room was a highlight—spacious, clean, modern, and very comfortable. A couple of things stood out, though. There’s a charge for parking, which was frustrating, especially since the lot is large and doesn’t appear to have limited space. Also, while our room was well maintained, the hallways and elevator areas didn’t feel as clean. We stayed for the entire weekend and didn’t notice those spaces being refreshed."

"My stay was okay . The WiFi wasn’t working at all . Staff were ok . Customer service could be better . Didn’t feel very welcoming. The room was nice and spacey but wasn’t very clean . Floor was dirty. The lamp wasn’t working properly. AC was working well and cold . Overall could be better but whatever works best that one can afford. "

"We had paid for this room over $200. It was supposed to be a deluxe room. It was a handicap room and the bathroom was old and ugly. It had a shower chair (we are not wheelchair or handicapped). We had to call the front desk because it was 1 am and the noise in the room next to us was unbearable! We got charged the $75 incidental charge (when it was supposed to not go thru upon check out. Also, per our reservation-we were to get 20% off self parking. We got charged $15.00. We will not stay there again!"

"Front desk staff guy and the shuttle guys were great. The room however was pretty dirty, especially the bathroom and the toilet seat(literally wiped off black from it) . Thankfully, it was just a short stay for us (like 4 hours) while we waited for our connection flight. "

"The floor in our room was not clean. Our feet turned black within a few minutes of walking on the floor. Very gross!"
