We had great stay at the hotel . Everyone was very nice starting from front desk to utility personnel. Cafeteria had great selection and different sections and Starbucks in lobby was great location too. Shuttles to universal studios was also quick and reliable.

Even though most of the time I was at the Parks the time that I spend at the hotel was great. They gave me an upgrade without asking, the room was spacious, clean and ready ahead of time, the staff that I interacted with was friendly and the bus service was very useful.

This is the best bang for your budget resort for Universal Orlando. Excellent amenities and the staff is helpful, kind and courteous. Shuttles are timely and the extra hour in the morning is a huge plus!

Hands down one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. We switched to this hotel from a different one that I had booked that turned out to be awful and I’m so glad we did! Clean rooms, nice big pools, amazing marketplace with really good food and great options for everyone and you can just hop on a shuttle and go to any of the parks. It was amazing!

We have stayed here a few times. The suites are a great size for families and it is nice to have the kitchenette as an option. The buses to the resort are very convenient. Lots of local places to eat and shop.
