"Close to Universal Studios and several amenities available on site. Hallways weren’t cleaned in a timely manner. Some of the front desk staff were friendly and helpful while others made me feel like an inconvenience."

"We traveled as a family of 3 with a child to visit Theam park. Resort was amazing location could not be any better. Balcony view at least from our room was amazing. Rooms need some small maintenance nothing crasy, dishwasher was a bit rusty due to detergent they provide, first time in my life I have seen detergent for dishwasher in powder. I am apliance repair tech so ironic. I never see that in my practice. Dryer in room works but dirty, heats up but does not dry cloth had to use balcony to dry towels. If you think about it like if book regular hotel you would spend same amount of money but will not have kitchen that is very helpfull, i can take those small cons not a big deal. Otherwise staff is wonderfull very helpful, pools are good , location is amazing utilise Walmart 😂, will save you tons of money on dining. Over all we are happy."

Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort

"My family and I have stayed here twice! We love this property! Great for access to universal parks as shuttles are extremely convenient and it's literally next door to volcano bay! Even if not spending entire time at the parks so much to do at the hotel itself! We did bowling and enjoy the pool areas! Didn't get a chance to play the games in courtyard but was very intrigued by them! Maybe next time... ! My kids talk about when they have kids we will have to take them there for vacation! (Many years from now!)"

"The villa and property were amazing. Not what I expected for my family of 5. Even though the jacuzzi didn’t work in the room, the other amenities made up for it. The location was accessible to restaurants and convenient stores. They also provided shuttles throughout the grounds. The only downfall was feeling obligated to attend a presentation for a timeshare. Chloe at the Guest Service desk was very accommodating, welcoming and helpful."

"Decent place for the price considering everything else is $800 a night. Or sliding door didn't really slide well to the patio. And the drain in the sink was clogged. There is a $50 per night amenities charge, and $40 per night self parking fee. Valet is $58."

Universal's Endless Summer Resort - Dockside Inn and Suites

"the rooms were quite clean, tidy and neat. One thing I didn't understand was why a Coffee Maker and No coffee, etc. I suppose that was to force one to go downstairs and wait in line at Starbucks? The food court was quite ample with plenty to choose from, although quite pricy! The pool and pool deck were amazing! Perfect for all ages , including babies and seniors. We definitely Loved the Free Shuttle to and from the different Parks!! Minimal wait times as the shuttle is a large bus with plenty of room for all! Thoroughly enjoy our mini vacay!"
