"This was an overnight family trip and it was a very pleasant stay. The rooms (including the bathrooms) had been redone since the last time we stayed there and they are very nice. The one thing that wasn't excellent about the stay was the beds, they are extremely firm and when you are older and have joint and back pain they can make it difficult to sleep especially if you have overdone it during the day. However, I was the only one who this bothered as everyone else in my party slept...

"Beware when you book… the pics on Expedia are not the resort!! I booked the resort shown on Expedia.. but what I got was Jerry’s condo across the street.. bait and switch is not cool, I also did not get my booking instructions until the day I got there so I went to the wrong place to check in.. wasted an hr.. It also took me an hr on the phone to change the credit card on file because this place is not pay when you stay like advertised on Expedia .. oh and also Jerry’s living room tv did not...

"The first couple of days was OK. But, the hotel management changed after that. Neither the hotel Management told me during charging my card nor Expedia. On the 3rd morning, when I went for breakfast, they said, the hotel management is changed and no breakfast is served. On the 4th day, I came to know that rooms will also not be cleaned. I had asked Expedia for a change of hotel and Expedia team said, they couldn't reach hotel. Hence, they couldn't change. I was put up with this mess without any...

"You get what you pay for. Don't go there if you're expecting a 5 star hotel, but the rooms were large and clean. Housekeeping is every other day, but if you need anything, just ask. Breakfast is good enough and there's enough for everyone. WiFi in the room did the job. And yes, the hotel needs some tlc, but you can't beat the price and the location. It's close to all the parks. Lots of dinner options and shops in the neighborhood. Would stay again!"
