"This Hotel was completely Kid friendly. Extremely clean & wonderful staff. All receptionists were kind & very helpful & went out of their way to make you feel welcome. There was one particular receptionist who was so lovely & extremely helpful. It was Victoria. That lovely lady deserves to be recognised, she made my stay & my holiday special & I will never forget my stay with you because of her."

"A very nice place to stay! All team members were very respectful and gentle; Ronnia, especially, was very supportive, fast and easy to contact, and helped me with everything I needed (from towel changes, information about the hostel, shuttles to the parks...). It was great to meet people who were also enjoying the parks. It's close to the parks! The space was clean all the time; they cleaned and organized every day! The restaurant was not operating during my stay, and I did not use the shuttles as I felt it would shorten my time in the parks (but the service was still available). The place is also within walking distance of a supermarket, restaurants, an amazing food truck plaza, and gift shops. Good public transportation is available nearby if needed. Thank you for making my time in Orlando great."
